1. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual may register and maintain only one cr999 account. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where cr999 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — whether through device fingerprinting, IP address, payment method, personal information, or any other indicator — cr999 reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts and permanently forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

cr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance. 4. Deposits & Payments

cr999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT. cr999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

1. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
2. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are specified at the time of deposit. cr999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
3. Deposits are credited to your cr999 balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. cr999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or mobile money networks.
4. cr999 is not a banking institution. Funds held in your cr999 account do not earn interest.
5. cr999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of funds from your cr999 account are subject to the following conditions:

1. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in your own name and matching the payment methods used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by cr999 at its discretion.
2. cr999 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide required documentation may result in the withdrawal request being held or declined.
3. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus bets are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not satisfied wagering conditions will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus amount.

5. cr999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or delay withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cr999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
2. Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from software errors are void and will be recovered.
